Refund and Return Policy — PrimeOrder

At PrimeOrder (owned by Best Order for Trading Est.), we aim for total transparency regarding our digital products.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacements

Since we sell intangible digital goods, refunds or replacements are only available within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The digital code/account is defective or non-functional at the time of delivery.
  • The product does not match the description provided on the product page.
  • A technical error from our side prevents successful activation.

2. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • A transaction processing fee (1.5% + 1 SAR) and used time-portion may be deducted.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Saudi E-commerce Law, returns are not permitted once the digital key has been revealed or the subscription has been activated, as these products are consumed instantly.


4. Data Loss Disclaimer

Our warranty covers the "Subscription Validity" only. We are not liable for any data loss or file deletion within cloud storage accounts. Customers must maintain their own backups.
